A child prodigy, born with perfect pitch and the ability to play anything he can hear, Bear has played keyboards for nearly 50 years.
As a classical pianist, Bear performed major works in recital, including the Grieg Piano Concerto, Gershwin’s Rhapsody in Blue, Beethoven’s Moonlight Sonata and other works by Bach, Brahms, Chopin, Scriabin and Debussy. He was a member of the Gettysburg Symphony Orchestra for 4 years.
Although classically trained, his influences span the globe to include Techno, Prog-Rock, Ambient, R&B, Disco, Country, Contemporary Christian and Rap.
Bear has played in over 50 bands and has been involved in countless studio recording projects. “Untroubled” is his first solo recording project to be commercially released.
